Over the last number of years we have been very fortunate to host a wide range of sporting teams and individuals at the Castletroy Park Hotel. Teams such as Kerry Football Team, Laois Football Team, Tipperary Hurling Team, Antrim Senior Hurling Team, the Irish Rugby Squad, Irish Soccer Team, Bray Wanderers, Cork Constitution RFC, to name but a few.

The big attraction, in our view, is the combination of the World Class Sporting Facilities at the University of Limerick Arena www.universityarena.com, the luxurious Castletroy Park Hotel www.castletroy-park.ie, adjacent to UL and our Training Camp Co-ordinator John Ryan, who has been involved with Limerick GAA for many years.

Laois GAA recently stay at the Castletroy Park Hotel, and Liam Kearns, Laois Manager said “part of our successful Training Camp in Limerick was our stay at the Castletroy Park Hotel.  They fully understand the needs of sports teams and worked with us to ensure our dietary requirements, accommodation and meeting space needs were all met”.

Take a while to peruse the enclosed information. In this instance we have offered some sample itineraries, which are suitable for GAA Team Training as a guide, but can in conjunction with the expertise of John Ryan and the UL Arena, create an itinerary that best suits your needs.  John is also happy to arrange intercounty challenges and matches, training sessions and to help you with any other such local arrangements.
