Well Done Darragh! Vincent Butler, U15/16 International Team Manger has selected Darragh Murphy on a South/West selection to play against Derby County in Limerick University on Monday August 18. Kick off 3pm. Darragh has now been selected by Ireland Under 15 manager Vinnie Butler to play in the Hibernia International Tournament. The Tournament, which includes teams from five countries, will take place in St. Joseph's Boys DNG Park, Dun Laoghaire from Friday Aug 22 to Sunday Aug 24 inclusive. The tournament will serve as an advanced trial for the U15 International team for the coming season. Darragh is a member of the Innishvilla under 14 squad and has just returned from a week long trial at Roy Keane's Sunderland AFC
New Season The new season will start on the weekend of August 30/31. That weekend will be an odd age weekend plus the 12, 14 and 16 Premier leagues.The makeup of all the leagues for 2008/09 will appear on the Echo on Friday August 22 and the fixtures for the weekend of Aug 30/31 and the Monday night to Friday night of the following week will appear on the Echo on Mon August 25. |
